Hi,

After reading this post https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Engineering/thread/1bd6a04e69/?limit=25#9bb1 I got very excited to see that using this component we can visualise complex UML diagrams on a webpage. I really see some potential in this.

Hope you'll consider it (or not)

With kind regards,

Aliazzz

Considering, yes. This project looks good!
Related to another wish, which I had on my list: The integration of graphviz 😉

    Thanks Aliazzz!

    Yes!
GraphViz and (Plant)UML will be very good additions to the platform! Both are well suited to visualise various relations very well. I hope these two choices together provide enough variety.
Picture can tell more than thousand words and are a big help in getting complex ideas across. Sparkplug/CfUnit certainly will make use of these tools as they become available.

    PS
Maybe we can even let the CI/CD toolchain generate some graphics out of a library or object? There is a Python api available for this as long as we can embed the source of the graph in the project or library and extract it in a clean manner. https://graphviz.org/pdf/gv.3python.pdf

    Thanks Ingo!
