The safety POU displays ???? on every variable and says the safety is unknown, despite the fact that the logic seems to be running. Any solutions?</p></div>

I updated my device, but when I go to download the safety program I enter the credentials and then receive an error message (attached). Does anyone know what this is referring to and how to remedy it?</p></div>
