<div class="markdown_content"><p>Hello all,</p> <p>The question is tricky as I've seen the "Attribute Instance-path" thing, but I would like to get the current action name inside a specific POU (program or fb).</p> <p>I'm using extensively functions to get the programmer aware of what is going on while the program is running and given a customer requirement now I must change a lot of the program, and this means changing the messages too...</p> <p>Now that I have to change them... it would be better to set them automatically (more work now but less work tomorrow).</p> <p>i.e.: "Problem happened in <strong>MAIN.PRGAuto.ACTNiceAction</strong>: Code 304".</p> <p>Can it be done? and if it is possible... how?</p> <p>Thank you all!</p></div>
