I have a couple of question, im doing a personal project - micro SCADA - so im using a raspberry pi3B and i want to use the variables from my datalogger CR300 (Campbell Scietific Brand) and save in new variables into raspberry, so those variables (datalogger) are changing each 5 minutes. So the Question is, how can i call those variables from datalogger and save it each 5 min in codesys 3.5 Patch3 then Raspberry.

which protokoll you prefer to use?
From the datasheet:
SMTP/TLS, POP3/TLS
Communication Protocols PakBus, Modbus, DNP3, SDI-12, TCP, UDP, and others
Modbus would bei sure an option in PI side.
