Hello,

Lets say I have the following code:

VAR
output : BOOL;
my_string : STRING;
ENDVAR

output := FALSE;
my_string := "output";
get_data(my_string); # GETS THE DATA 'FALSE'

Is there any function that would do a similar function do the get_data function listed above?
It's frequently used in other higher level languages such as python and such.

Thanks,
Tom
