<div class="markdown_content"><p>Hi Edwin,<br/> when I installed the license (device/PLC setting/edit license) a green check appeared, as confirmation that the license had been installed successfully.<br/> After I ran a codesys program, but few hours later (about two hours) the system freezes and apper the message: "An error happened; will automatically restart". <br/> Then I went to check the log file and appear this message: "runtime not licensed".<br/> So I went to check the license I entered (in device/PLC setting/edit license), but the license did not appear anymore. I tried then to reinstall it but codesys did not recognize it.<br/> Edwin, if you remember, I have already contacted you for this problem (with another license and another raspberry); you've come into my computer with teamviewer and you've solved the problem.<br/> Remember how did you do it?<br/> Thanks, BR</p></div>
