<div class="markdown_content"><p>Hello</p> <p>I have installed a PFC100 CoDeSys runtime on my WAGO 750-8102</p> <p>I'm trying to use the 'serialmode' command in PLC shell to set the serial port of my 750-8102 to RS-232 but it does not seem to work:</p> <hr/> <p>serialmode </p> <p>unknown</p> <hr/> <p>serialmode rs232</p> <p>ioctl error</p> <p>If I assign the serial port to the linux console in the WBM this is correctly identified by CoDeSys:</p> <hr/> <p>serialmode </p> <p>Linux console</p> <p>However if I set it to 'unassigned' again the errors occur again:</p> <hr/> <p>serialmode </p> <p>unknown</p> <hr/> <p>serialmode rs232</p> <p>ioctl error</p> <p>I have tried resetting the controller, uninstalling and reinstalling the runtime, rebooting a ton of times.</p> <p>I have a PFC200 (750-8202) with a PFC200 runtime where the command works perfectly.</p> <p>Is the serialmode command not supported by the PFC100? Or do I need to do something else?</p></div>
