I have a new installation of Codesys Development System V3. I'm following a tutorial to create a new project. The tutorial chose Standard Project - CODESYS Control Win V3 x64 - Ladder Diagram. The only option I have to program in is Structured Text. Am I missing a package or library to use Ladder Diagram?

After searching for some time, I found the answer. Windows Security blocks a large portion of Codesys from installing. You have to turn if off while installing. Go to Settings -> Windows Security -> Virus & Threat Protection -> Manage Settings -> Real Time Protection -> OFF. You must do this every time Windows restarts during the installation process. Each time windows restarts it will ask you if the installer can make changes. Each time, turn off Real Time Protection before you allow it to make changes. It's a pain, but it works.

You need to install the Codesys LD/FBD Add-On via Codesys Installer.
