Optionally skip CODESYS SVN actions (just by try-catch).
This helps the use under Linux, where CODESYS SVN is currently not supported.

Cleaned up the structure of cforge and allow to build it with its own tool.
- Now all sources are included in the package, but only necessary files are installed
(good practice for OS software, and makes the build easier)

codesys action scripts are now also in the package
cforge does not show all scripts anymore as commands. only the ones with valid "magic usage" function
