Project Members: aliazzz (admin) [TOC] Clientside Animations Leveraging the CPU on the clientside for animations was not something Codesys could do until now... This way, fancy and snapy animation effects can be had on your display while still have a responseful HMI. One defines only the target values and the animation time in the element properties. With this functionality, you can change the positions, the angles, and the visibility of elements. You can also let windows float. The animation is then computed on the client (not on the server). In this way, you can easily implement typical effects such as hiding and/or showing a menu. For now, these element animation time settings cannot be altered during runtime, due to technical constraints. Some elements are not clientside animation capable yet. Note To get this functionality, you have to select the Preview "Support client animations and overlay of native elements" option in the Visualization Manager in Codesys (3.5.14.0 or newer)
