When working with git and trying to commit changes the staging interface makes no difference. Regardless if changes are staged or not all changes are committed.
To reproduce make changes to two files. Stage one of the files and commit the changes. Both files will be committed.
Hi, there are two buttons, one has a circle with two lines coming out of it, and the hover text is something like "commit staged changes".
The other is a circle with two lines coming out of it plus a plus sign plus the text commit complete.
You should use the button for commit staged changes.
The /forge/support/ is intended for support using the forge.codesys.com. If you have a bug to report you can use the link at the bottom of store.codesys.com, or alternatively you could discuss it at /forge/talk/
There is an internal issue tracker entry, that the "commit staged changes" button is not as prominent as the commit complete button, so I will add a link to this [#151]
