I am a new user trying to get an existing program from the controller xc152. I can not get my gateway to start. I am running windows 10 pro and I click start gateway and it does nothing. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
I know the gateway has to be running but it wont start. I have closed and reopened. Opened under administrator and I can not get this to work.
