Hi, I'm using SP19 Patch 5, the software is also updated from SP18 Patch 5, I forgot to mention this. I will try a newer patch to see if it fixes the issue. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I got a bit of a weird issue going on which is kind of annoying. So recently we switched a lot of Modbus IO to EtherCAT, as we were having issues with stability. All works fine, which is great. But sometimes when I change the program I get errors claiming that identifiers are not defined. Meaning I can't go online. See the picture below. I believe this is because some of these identifiers were used with Modbus, and they weren't properly removed/deleted? A clean all temporary fixes the issue,...

Hey did you update this project from an older version? I had an similair issue recently, and when I updated the Compiler Version in Project Settings the issue was resolved.

Dear, We have an issue with SoftMotion and it's licensing. We don't use SoftMotion in this project. But a SoftMotion license is required by it. The License metrics tell's us there is a -1 Axes. Is there a way to reset this? Delete this? There was a MotionControl device in the project, but we have deleted this. But it stayed at -1. Thanks for you help.

Hello @eschwellinger, I installed the newer version of the installer, however the issue persisted. Do I need to do anything else other than updating the installer? Thanks for your help.

Hello, Recently I upgraded to 3.5.19.50 and have been having errors/issues when doing a download/online change. The message as seen in the attachment pops up. The file in the path is different every time. However when I login again afterwards all works fine. This issue does not happen on older versions. Any clue what the issue could be? I did an reinstall/repair but the issue reappeared again... Thanks in advance!
