If at somepoint it worked: You can try killing the gateway's service, maybe a daemon is running. In windows you can open a cmd with privilages, write in the command prompt "tasklist" and then taskkill /F /PID xyz where xyz is the PID number of your process. If this is a new project of yours and it never worked before, maybe you can share us more about the connection you have. Is the Rasp connected directly to the pc, or to the gateway. did you try use the "localhost" gateway? Bye!

If I downgrade the PLC RTS to an old one, original old project runs as expected.
