I'm trying to set up either a Trend or a Trace to visually graph some data. The Trend is nice as you can adjust your time sample for the data however it drastically slows down the PLC when the visualization the trend is used. The Trace function works well however it seems very limited on the functionality, I'm unable to change the axis colors. If possible can you change the x axis from the start time of the HMI to the current UTC time? If I can perform those changes the Trace function would work...
I have a project with two devices and I'm trying to use network variables to send variables back and forth between the devices. I'm having issue's trying to send variables back, I've tried changing the list identifier for the list sending back however I still have issues. I have an issue with on of my programs, the cycle time seems to be extremely long. Based on the task configuration: Last Cycle Time (us) = 680000 - 720000 Average Cycle Time (us) = 117920 - but constantly climbs the longer the program runs Max Cycle Time (us) = 807659 Jitter (us) = 806802 I ran the PLC load average in the PLC Shell command and it's only showing 49%.
