[#151] fixed compiler warnings, upgraded to Host v1.3.0.7 and Stack v1.4.3.3
Updated example to support edge v1.5.1.0 connections via websockets (ws://....) without TLS. TLS (wss://..) is implemented, but NOT yet verified.
Refactored the example to utilise the new split libraries. Changed the Edges Applications to set DeviceHealth default to FALSE as TRUE will trigger rebirths. This issue still needs adressing.
