[#112] Read Only Metrics Example
Example Edge now publishes one ReadOnly Metric
Host application has some code to write to the ReadOnly Metric, to show the NCMD failing

Refactored the example to utilise the new split libraries.
Changed the Edges Applications to set DeviceHealth default to FALSE as TRUE will trigger rebirths.
This issue still needs adressing.
