I reinstalled as Administrator but it is still same.

I start as Administrator but it is still same. I don't remember if I installed it as Administrator. I will uninstall and install again as Admin rights. Thank you

After Codesys 3.5.16.40 and 3.5.18.40 installation on Windows 11, I can't reach directly to the file path C or D when I want to open a new project. I can only see the desktop. Is there anyone has same issue? What could be the solution for it? Thanks in advance.
