you can download the library from w www.oscat.de w
open the lib as a project and you can see all the source code

yes anyone who has used a high level language before should be fine
ST is pretty much pascal
Unfortunatly all the topics are in German.So,as any chance to get it in english?
the main documentation not right now,
but all commentrs and short descriptions in the code are english
