I am trying to write a program in sfc V3.5 and find it hard to create an alternative branch which would include more then one step.

first put the parrallel transition in.
then put a step on top of this transition.
you can do same with synchron steps.

My problem is that I already have finish programing all the steps in one branch and trying to add an alternative branch. When I create this branch it is connected to one transition of the already programmed branch and I wanted it to be connected to several steps and transitions. I don't know how to change the connection of the recently created alternative branch with the already programed one. I hope this is clear. Thanks again for your help.

go to the transition you need to break up and add a transition with a jump.
that will break up the connection to the left branch.
