I am using the subject Soft PLC and am not able to start the PLC.

I have tried restarting the PC _ updating the new device file.

But none turned working.

Can somebody list the reasons / solutions how to start the PLC.

Did you reinstall (uninstall install) CoDeSys?
Please check this first,
the problem itself is not known due to your description
