Hello ... to login into "my PLC" I must enter "Alt + F" via keyboard ... possible to do this automatically ?

One thing you could try is to hook into the System.Windows.Forms.Application.Idle event, and check for the currently active window using the Windows Forms or WPF APIs, and when it is the right dialog, send the key press there using SendKey() or similar functions of the .NET or Win32 API. I'm not sure whether the dialog window is Windows Forms or WPF, as far as I know, Schneider is using WPF for some of their own UI.
