Attempting to login into RTE 3.17.20 to monitor online/online changes with credentials I setup when first logging into the runtime and have been successfully for several weeks. Suddenly I am unable to login saying "You are currently not authorized to perform this operation on the device".
If I attempt to login using admin from visualization configuration I get "Invalid user authentication on the target"
Can you let me know why I am suddenly unable to login and how I can fix this issue?
