Is it possible to export the alarms list to a file and edit it in Excel?

This has been added to V3.5 SP7 (recently released).
Right click on the alarm table and choose export/import;

Does anybody know if it is possible to list all historical alarms in a set date range please?

For example I would like the user to be able to view all alarms that occurred between July 1st and July 27th.
