I am getting an error on a Profinet network between an HMI (Master) and an IO rack (slave). I've attached a snip of the log but I can't find a definitive answer as to how to resolve the error. From a Google search, it seems like the AR might be timing out?
This error happens about twice a day and stops the production line. We simply reset the alarm and start up again. The error only happens momentarily and is never maintained. I've also noticed it happens more frequently if my laptop is hooked onto the network.
Could this be a network load issue or packets being lost?
Could this be as simple as increasing the timeout values or the cycle task slightly?
