I'm currently getting confidence with CODESYS safety package in combination with EL6900 safety controller from Beckhoff. I'm wondering if it would be possible to implement proprietary safety function blocks: I mean blocks with special safety logic by using the blocks belonging to the native safety library from CODESYS.

for the sake of information, I realized thet proprietary safety blocks cannot be created inside the safety application of the EL69x0.
On the other hand, this can be done using Kuhnke FIO Safety PLC: it supports several more features than EL69x0.
