there is a simple workaround for your case: add a TRUE contact just after the powerrail.
This will eliminate the necessity of yet unsupported terminator element which exists between powerrail and branch point.

If I delete the network (Ladder Logic) it exports fine, but defeats the purpose wouldn't you say...lol

I am seeing the same error message. The shape of the ladder that causes this problem is seen in the attached pdf file.
