OPCUA not working since updating to 3.5.16.0

After we updated codesys from 3.5.13.20 to 3.5.16.0 we get an error when OPCUA clients try to connect:

OpcUa_Endpoint_EndSendResponse: Error 0x80310000! Cancelling response

Any input would be helpful!
