No route to the host error

I've got following issue.
1/ Codesys SP16, PC computer and PLC has the same class of IP, ping works OK
2/ going to scan network in Codesys I see PLC
3/ going to Application try to login and download latest ver of application getting error "no route found, scan the network"

Has anyone similar issue?

I noticed that two PLCs which should be under CR711S moved to upper level - I don't know how back that unwanted changes.
