Hi. In CAA File 3.5.13.40 we finally got MREADPLUS, but still lacks "MAPPDPLUS" and "MWRITEPLUS" (same as AM_APPEND_PLUS and AM_WRITE_PLUS from SysFile).
I please ask to support these modes in 3.5.16.10 or 3.5.16.20.
