Hello,
Our Company has chosed Codesys because of its SiL2 capabilities.
Now I want to start developing software (structured text) for a hardware using CanOpen, UART and some digital IOs, that is still non existant.
I have found and included a SiL2 compatible interface for CanOpen but don't know how to set up 'Control Win' for SiL2 compatible functions or code.
So here are my questions:
Can I use 'Control Win' as a simulator for SiL2 compliant hardware?
Can I develop SiL2 compatible code without SiL2 main routines?
Can I use other 'free' available PLCs like the Raspberry PI as a replacement for the non existant SiL2 compatible Hardware?
PS.: I have posted this in the German forum as X-Posting. https://forum-de.codesys.com/viewtopic. ... cc47f8924f m
