How to create my own library?

I'm try to create my own library (save as Library for my project), but when importing this library in a new project I cannot see for POU... is there some detailed guide?

After installing Codesys, you can find a file "LibDevSummary.chm" in the folder programs(x86)\3SCodesys\OnlineHelp\en\

Here they describe some basic topics, maybe that helps you out...
