    Hello,

in my company we started the project where we use CODESYS to program PLC controllers, and we have a few of the similar projects planned in the near future.

As this is the first time we are using CODESYS, we are running in a couple of beginner problems now and then. I posted a question for some of this problems, but I didn't get any answers for a couple of days.

My question is: what is the best and quickest way to get support regarding development in CODESYS?

    Thank you for your answer.

    Hi Ivan,

the fastest way is maybe if you ask the company where you buy the PLC's.
Because they are also the experts when it comes to target-specific problems.

    regards

    Hi Stephan,

the problems are CODESYS specific. Is there a way to get direct support? Specifically, I am talking about setting up redundancy. We have been through the CODESYS Help page, but that wasn't enough.

    Best regards

    Hello ivan,
our Hardware supplier helps us also with Codesys related problems.
They need to be able to help you becouse could even be that you PLC is missing the licence for redundancy.
But if this is a dead end you could buy a support ticket in the codesys store.
    regards

    Hello Ivan,

For direct CODESYS support please contact us at: https://www.codesys.us/codesys-support.html.

From there you can purchase a support ticket and will get connected directly to a CODESYS support engineer.

    Hope this helps!

Your hardware supplier should be able to help you. If not, in the US, you can purchase an annual support contract. I assume Germany has the same offering. You can also purchas single-issue tickets on the CODESYS store. Or, you can purchase "The Book of CODESYS" which is a good resource for getting up to speed on CODESYS.
