SPI-Temperature: how to get signed value from thermocouple

Dear Sirs,

I'm trying to get temperature value from K type thermocouple via SPI-temperature but lower than 0 Celsius value is not indicate correctly like as 8128, 8152...
I use MAX31855 and connecting K type thermocouple.
Does anyone have any experience?
