I am trying to do some remote support on a machine running Codesys 3.5.16.70 through an industrial VPN device (Phoenix mGuard). I am able to successfully get online with the Codesys PLC, but I keep losing the connection every couple minutes. I'm always able to reconnect right away, but the constant disconnects makes it difficult to provide support.
Is there any way to increase the online connection timeout/watchdog timer? Or any other Codesys configuration that might help with this issue?

I would start with monitoring traffic with Wireshark or similar in order to see the traffic flow and which end is closing the connection. You're about to become very familiar with TCP/IP and associated technologies 😆😁😉

sorry, the problem you are experiencing could be caused by a myriad of issues. Try narrowing down your list of possibilities one by one.
