Lately，I met a problem when testing Canopen functionality under CoDeSys V3.5.
In a canopen network, I want a function to set the networdId and nodeID ,not modify on the GUI.
Did the cia405 lib can do it?

In my project, I find:
- The 3S CANopen slave has a NodeId function. The NetId is fixed.
- With the 3S CANopen master, NodeId and NetId are fixed.
