On the latest release (2020-02-13) of Raspbian Lite as of this post, GPIO 4, 5 and 6 are always switched on without any actual inputs to the pins. The outputs on these pins are always high. The runtime build is 3.5.15.40. Are there other settings that need to be adjusted?

It looks like GPIO 4 is used for 1-Wire, but what about 5 and 6?
