I have a main wago PFC200 controller connected to several wago 750-363 network interfaces. I had a problem event with the network connection of the 750-363 interface via a damaged cable. My question is after losing connection of any device, I would like to have a response to all devices and block the operation of all devices in the network, please explain how to do this I use the Ethernet / ip protocol.

I failed , but I have an idea from what I remember, each driver / network interface has outputs and inputs about the driver's state that I think can be used to check the state in the event of a failure, just write commands to stop everything. For lack of time, I did not test my theory further .
