It is not needed to add Targetvisu connector - for using the TargetVisu for Linux. The reason is - TargetVisu for Linux is basically a remote TargetVisu which could connect to any CODESYS plc not only the loacal one - therefore only a Webvisu connector is needed to have it work. & it seems a bug with this anoying update proposal.

You are right, that you can use the GetState method, but it is not that simple. You first have to get a list of (filtered) alarms from the AlarmManager. You can find an example in Forge how to do this. Hi kporter, a more direct way would be to use SMC_FollowPosition to write the set positions directly to the servo drive. This FB has reacts on changes of the fSetPosition on each call, without a need for a rising edge on Execute. You can change the node id by adding the following to /etc/CODESYSControl.cfg: [CmpOPCUAProviderIecVarAccess] CustomNodeName=MyPLC123 Then restart the runtime and the new Node name will appear with the connection. I don't know if it's possible to remove the |var| from the name. I hope this helps!

Let's say another ENUM is available in your project or in another library which has an enumeration value AM_WRITE, then it is not clear which AM_WRITE you want to assign. By this qualified access to the SysFile.AM_WRITE, it is completely clear for the compiler.

Hi aniket-b, If you save the library as a compiled library you are not able to see the source code. When the end user tries to view inside the object, CODESYS will give a notification that the source code is missing, see attachment. In short if you don't send the source code, it will not show.

You have to install any libraries needed by the sample program. Click the button with ... next to one of the errors (see attached image,) then choose download missing libraries. Codesys should automatically locate and install the missing libraries, it's not flawless though, I've had some issues getting libraries to install. The best advice I can give if it doesn't work is re-install Codesys.

Hi, Im not sure if this is what you mean, but i do succesfully use the IoDrvEthercatLib.ETCSlave.InputData and IoDrvEthercatLib.ETCSlave.OutputData to read from and write to beckhoff DI and DO cards. Very convenient as you can make an FB with an VAR_IN_OUT of type IoDrvEthercatLib.ETCSlave and only have to pass the slave reference... So i am not using .ETCSlave_Diag but .ETCSlave...
