Hello, As far as I know, no matter which home mode is selected, the axis must be in Standstill mode to run MC_Home according to PLCopen state machine. However, if the function you want can already be done from a parameter in the driver of the vendor you are using, you can try to perform the same function by sending the required value to that parameter via communication with the SDO write command. Hi, Has anyone managed to use the last four buttons in a POU toolbar in LD2? You can close and open by clicking from one small rectangle to another (same for deleting a closure //). Linking K to D causes a series connection with all the branches // above. Amazing! I don't really see the advantages of this supposedly modern and efficient language over the old LD/FBD. Can anyone explain?

i want to make a frame for use multiple places for showing pressure and temperature. ive tried to decleare a variable in the frame config, if i put a fixed value in the value text field it show correct until i simulate. and if i point to a variable i gvl it show the name of the variable, and when i simulate it shows rValue. is there a way to do what i want?

I had this code working in a previous version of CoDeSys to read variables from a GVL that were added to the Symbol configuration. The problem now is that when I get the _IBaseTreeNode_Parent, it returns a valid interface, but none of the methods or properties work. If you monitor the _IBaseTreeNode in the watch window, it does show the correct child count. However, it fails at step 30, where the child count incorrectly returns zero. In the image, you can see that the watch window displays the correct value that the property should return. Attached is the full project code. When you have a deep object structure where not all values are not exposed to OPC UA, the top object will not have a V check mark but be filled fully out. In that case CODESYS do not always registrate changes to inner object. Solution set a V in the checkbox of the top object, build, download. Now you can browse, but all values in the top object will be selected, then you can deselect the ones you don't want, build, download and it works

An update note. Still using linux/Qemu. Still happy, but sometimes some things are harder. I lost the "bridge" connection to my VM (meaning for instance I couldnt "scan network" and find local units. Have spent tons of hours to find out why. Finally it seems the traffic got blocked by the firewall/iptables so needed to set rules for that. So friendly note that rules must allow forward traffic to/from you configured host bridge device.

There seem to be problems with the latest version of raspberry pi os 64bit (I used the lite version). The codesys control runtime crashes after a few seconds. The same runtime works on the raspberry pi image from 2023-10-10 When starting the runtime from the commandline, i get the following error: ooops... this runtime was build for RASPBERRYPI. Hardware version or firmware version not supported! (and yes, I'm running this on a raspberry pi :-)

Hello, We encountered the same issues on both recipe library versions 4.2.0.0 and the newest 4.3.0.0. The Arrays of structs get saved correctly but loading them restores only some indexes, while others get lost or completely wrong. We have been using the same recipes for the last two years on recipe manager vers. 3.5.17 withoud issues. There also seems to be a different behaviour in vers. 4.3.0.0 but it's still incorrectly loading the recipes. Did you find any workaround or solution? Codesys version used: 3.5.19.50

I am deploying a webvisu on Codesys 3.5 SP 19.2 with legacy user management. I noticed that when a user logs in, some text and a rectangle I have (for aesthetics) both disappear. I made sure that none of the objects in question are linked to a state variable. Anyone know the cause/solution to this? Nothing crucial to the machine's function is lost, but it is a little annoying.

Please check the attached snapshot. I am converting an int to real and storing in rVlv01_SV and then scaling the value using LIN_TRAFO. In the bottom Status Bar of Codesys, both RUN and SIMULATION are visible. When I enter value 100 as input to INT_TO_REAL instruction and press Ctrl-F7, the value can be seen at the input but the logic seems not to work. I searched for help but could not find anything relevant. What could be the reason. Codesys ver3.5.11 svn

Then I can add the IDX motors under a CANopen manager in the device tree. Unfortunately, I cannot add a "softmotion axis" to the IDX motors. Now I am wondering, why?
