Good afternoon to everyone; I'm stuck with this error and I don't know how to get out from it... I tried several time googling for alternative systems to control the PLC applications and resets but without success. I would like to realize the possibility to reset the CPU and to start/stop the applications as it was possible with the SysPlcCtrl23, but this library is no longer supported in 64 bit systems and it seems due to the cmperrors interfaces sub library that was included in the above said one. Someone found a work around for this issue?

Hello, CODESYS Control is running on my RevPi, and my system communicates over a CANbus with a master using the ConnectCan module (Slave - CANopen Device). The communication works perfectly fine so far. However, as soon as I call a Python script with "SysProcessExecuteCommand2" that creates a CSV file and executes without errors, the master does not adopt any changes to the Transmission Process Data Objects (TPDOs). I don't quite understand what one has to do with the other, and perhaps someone can help me with this. Here is my script call: SysProcess.SysProcessExecuteCommand2(pszCommand:='python /home/pi/test.py', pszStdOut:=sCMDOutput, udiStdOutLen:= SIZEOF(sCMDOutput), pResult := ADR(eResult)); Thank you in advance! Hello folks, my problem is a bit bigger for just one question. So let's start with the easiest. But first, my system setup: It's a WAGO 750-8212 PFC with some I/O-modules. I try to communicate with the controlsystem over SNMP using the IIoT library from codesys. https://content.helpme-codesys.com/de/CODESYS%20Examples/_ex_iot_snmp_service.html Is there some expirience with this kind of communication? It's just about transfering some data from PFC to network and setting some analogsettings from network to the PFC. So my easiest question: Do I ever need the SNMP_Agent or can I use the SET / GET function as standalone, without the agent? (maybe some more questions will follow, if someone will answer to my request) thanks so far

Ich hab noch etwas rausgefunden, falls jemand anderes noch ähnlich lustige Probleme hat. CoDeSys kann sich an der Windows UAC vorbeischleichen. Sprich man öffnet die CoDeSys IDE ohne Umweg über den CoDeSys Installer (in dem man gefragt wird ob man mit Administrator Rechten arbeiten will) und ist manchmal Admin. Deshalb kam ich nicht auf die Netzwerklaufwerke. Ich hab keine Ahnung warum das so ist. Abhilfe hab ich mir mit dem Registrykey geschaffen mit dem man auch als Admin auf Netzwerklaufwerke zugreifen darf. Einfach folgende Code in eine "DateinameMeinerWahl.reg" Datei kopieren und mit Rechstklick der Registry hinzufügen. Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] "EnableLinkedConnections"=dword:00000001

greetings to everyone I have a system consisting of rpi3 computer with codesys v3 installed connected to one pca9685 through which the servo motors of the two robotic arms are connected (each robot arm has 6 motors) I managed to get that the pca9685 can only drive 4 servos on the first arm the other 2 on the same robot arm do not respond, nor do the remaining 6 they do not react on the other robotic arm. Power is connected to the pca9685 for motors of sufficient power or amperage. I tried to put another pca9685 but the same thing happens again. What is the possible problem?

Hi All, I use the analysis page in automation server to capture historical trends from my PLC - i only sample one point per hour but it does the job (for now) One issue I have is I often log on to analysis page to find the system has stopped recording trends from my PLC. To fix this, I need to choose "state information" in the "List view" under PLC and click "Reconnect" When I do this I see my variables listed under "parameters" under "PLC Details" start updating again and the trend in Data analyzer continues to update. My Question, Why do I need to manually reconnect? Is there a way to get automation server to automatically reconnect to the PLC so I continue to capture data from the PLC? Regards, Trent

Hi, I tried some different libraries (CmpApp etc.) to find some global variables that I could read out as a variable in the codesys environment. Do any one of you know which libraries are best suited for this, and how I can read it out? My goal is to send messages, warnings etc. to the system that communicates to the PLC. Currently if something goes wrong I need to see the logfiles, or go online with the controller. I think I could save a lot of time if I could read the errors from our user interface that is connected to the PLC by TCP/IP.

Hi, i think you are right. Did you press the key shopping cart? Codesys tells you the license. What I don't appreciate is that i need an additional license for communication. The system reports opc ua but this cheats you. This is communication that also concerns the tag symbols that codesys eth v3 exchanges with an operator panel. Attached is a screenshot of my case where you can see that communication opc ua is cheating you. 512 tags included in the program license are few. So, I had to buy 2 licenses. one for the program and one for communication. I don't like this policy.

I have tried downgrading and it seems fine now. I am now on version 4.3.0.0 for the library. Mainly the PN controller caused the issue for me. Funny weird is that even the PN controller versions 4.3.1.0 and 4.3.0.0 cause the error. Version 4.2.0.0 works fine.

looks like you are running in a bug in the newest version 4.4.0 of the profinet library or the new library triggers a bug in your code. did you update your profinet device too? you could try to downgrade to an older version of the library. via library manager - placeholders, double click Profinet 4.4.0 in the library column and choose an older version.
