Dear All, I hope first to get notice and somebody answer my question. How can I create a motion profile with the axis following it (once or periodically)? As my research shows, Schineder has a UI-based (Motion Sizer) program that helps create a motion with different configurations, which is Codesys-based. I need to create a motion profile based on position, changing the speed. (i.e., 0-300mm moves with 300 mm/s, 300-400mm moves with 500 mm/s, 500-800mm moves with 1000 mm/s, and 800-0mm moves with 2000 mm/s). MC_PositionProfile does it time-based, which is not working for me as the axis may not stabilize the position in time, which may cause a big failure in the system.

Hi, I struggle with exporting my Alarm Messages and following importing back to my project. Because filling in one by one is very time consuming I want to use export function and edit .csv file in Excel. As soon as I modify the file the import back to project does not work at all and function returns errors. Would you pls give me a hint how to properly use this functionality? Thanks a lot for help. Hi everyone, I’m working on implementing continuous movement in Codesys, but I've run into some trouble. I've tried using ALL SM3 Basic and SML without success. I’m specifically looking for a library that supports continuous updates and can fetch values from a server in real time. Does anyone know of a library or approach that fits these requirements? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! i read plcopen documentaion as well as codesys Thank you!

Hi, i am interested in this thread and have tried a couple of the above examples in to determine remote webvisu access. I am having trouble getting the lastusage variable to refresh during runtime? It seems to only log the last usage at initialisation and that is it? how do i gain ongoing access to the time variable as the code is running? Thankyou.

Hi, thanks for the fast response :) Yes I Have a .err file. Sorry I forgot to upload it. It is a binary file though... "Runtime goes in exception before the shutdown ?" I think it goes into exception at the same time as the power is lost...

Hello, I have the same problem now with 3.5.20 Patch 3. Normally it works if I ad in CODESYSControl.cfg: [SysFile] ForceIecFilePath=0 (This told me codesys last time) I try to use the placeholders but without success. Something special is that the Files are not in C:. The Plc Configuration Path is not as usual C:\ProgrammData\CODESYS\CODESYSControlRTEV3\, it's E:\Control.
