Ok, think I understand. The reason for the error is I try to include complex variables (FB) in the persistenced data. I will try to use {attribute 'ac_persist_exclude'} to exclude those elements.

@eschwellinger does FILE.Copy fails with FILE_OPERATION_DENIED when copying outside from the IEC path for the same reason? I'm looking for a workaround to this limitation.

No, you can´t. I have only tried different browsers on my PC and then on my HMI device. Unfortunately the device´s browsers did not support pdf file as I needed so I had to switch to *.txt.

Hello, I use Codesys 3.5 SP18 Patch 4 (64 bit) My Codesys project is composed of several dozen of Modbus TCP Slaves. I want to configure each of them by define : - Modbus TCP Slave Configuration : Name, IPAddress, port - Channels - Mapping I can't afford to configure manually and I need to find automatic way What possibilities does the Codesys offer? 1. I know it possible to use python script to create Modbus TCP Master and Slave. But I don't find anyway to create Channels and Mapping through the API 2. I 've tested to set mapping with file.csv on a Modbus Tcp Slave, but no way to import channels definition from file 3. I 've tried to use PLCOpenXml file. For example I 've create a project with an Ethernet device. I've exported it in PlcOpenXml file. After delete the Ethernet device, I've imported the PlcOpenXml file without success. I've tried the same by creating Modbus TCP Slave. Could you help me to find to good way ? Thanks

the project has only one OneWire Master - so if you add the setting "PlaceholderFilePath.2=/sys/devices/w1_bus_master2, $OneWire2$ to the config file it will fail and the Ethercat task will be blocked by the OneWire Master readings?

What do the details show? Is it requesting an online change or download? If the compile file is missing, it will request a download. Several things can trigger an online change, if you haven't changed the code, likely libraries. The details should provide some guidance.

Hello everyone, I'm using the IoT Library to implement the MQTT communication with my local broker server in order to publish and subscribe at specifics topics to share and consume information about my application. But, it seems that are occurring some memory leak problem in a "high" frequency (more than 10 Hz) subscribe process. I follow the same method as in IoT Lib exemples, and at first looks perfect but my PLC was rebooting frequently and when I check its memory usage that was increasing as fast as the subscribe massage was sent. I'm using a WEG PLC410 and a WEG PLC500, and this error occurred in both of them (including in CODESYS Control Win x64). The application sends to the system a message JSON with the float payload Ex. {"data" : 0.8500}, but this happens with a INT, or BOL as well. Hallo Today I decided to perform an Update on my PFC200 but after the Update the Device was not reachable anymore. I tried reseting to factory reset. Software reset and so on, but nothing helps... In my Router I can see it, I cann SSH into the PFC200 but it is not reachable. Hi, Is there a process to restore Persistence Manager files? I have backups of persistence variables used in a machine that is currently operating and tuned and all set points adjusted. There are about 500 persistence variables, they are building another identical machine. I would like to use Persistence Manager files from the first machine in the second also. I have tried copying the files and replacing them on the new RPI but then the Persistence Manager gets errors and then they are all reset to 0 etc I have tried adjusting the times to match. Instead of replacing whole file, I tried just changing the contents inside the file, but still does not work. I may be missing something here, but surely there must be a way to load a backup. Thanks!
