Same issue here: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B HW 1.5 Regardless of the image (tried 32bit / 64bit version from Raspberry Pi Imager- all the "standard version") and with all tested Codesys Control versions (4.2.0, 4.8.0, 4.10.0) and regardless if single core / multicore / 64 bit variant.

In another project,using Ethercat , I controlled four axes. I have problems with ESTUN PRONET servos. A DSP-402 driver mismatch is likely. I would be very grateful for your help in solving this problem.

Hello, I'm using th IDE Combivis studio 6 (codesys based) and I get an error message when I use IO-link. "The license is missing or invalid. The API is running in demo mode." However the package Manager indicates that no licence is required. It used to work, it seems that the free package has become a paying one. Can Codeys confirm this? BR

Noob alert! I’m just getting my feet wet with CODESYS. I have a “Hello World” project in the CODESYS IDE. I’m using the Win SoftPLC on the same computer. I’ve added a Communication Manager under the Application node. Under that is “OPC UA Server -> IEC Symbol Publishing 01”. I also added “OPC_UA_Symbols -> Information Model”. I’m not sure I need the second thing. I was grasping at straws. I also set up several dummy symbols in the IEC Symbol Publishing 01 node. In my C# application, I am trying to get an instance of EndpointDescription from CoreClientUtils.SelectEndpoint(“opc.tcp://localhost:1217/Gateway-1”, useSecurity: false, 15000). I wasn’t sure about the “Gateway-1”. I found that in the CODESYS IDE under the project -> Communication Settings. When I execute the previous method call in C#, I get: “BadSecureChannelClosed”. I have no idea what that means. Any pointers to documentation are welcome.

Aufgrund einer Schnittstellenänderung muss ich meine Messagebuffer erheblich vergrößern. U.g. Konstante bestimmt die Größe einer Byte-Array-Definition, die in einer Struktur für 9 Botschaften verwendet wird. Ich benötige also 177372byte zusätzlichen Speicher in dem Modul in dem die Struktur als lokale Variable angelegt wird. Dynamisches Allokieren zur Laufzeit möchte ich vermeiden, damit ich nicht während des Betriebes Fehler aus dem Allokieren behandeln muss. Für ein Reservieren des Speicherbereiches habe ich in Codesys keine Einstellmöglichkeiten gefunden. Die Applikation läßt sich ohne weitere Modifikation kopilieren, scheitert aber bei der Ausführung. Welche Lösungs- oder Einstellmöglichkeiten gibt es? Hi, I recently got a license for Raspberry Pi, after license activation I made a backup copy of "CMLicenseNew.WibuCmRaU" file to a safe place. Things got complicated and I tried to downgrade OS for some reason after that I tried several times/ways to restore my license with no luck. the specifications are as follows: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.1 codesyscontrol 4.10.0.0 SDK 3.5.19.30 Logs: **** ERROR: CodeMWriteLicenseFile: 'CMLicenseNew.WibuCmRaU' failed: Container not found or Server dose not support .... Using V19 Patch 7 and 4.11.0.0 for Pi 4 Model B, My problem is whenever I change a tag e.g bool from true to false it will change in software but the pin will only go high to low after pressing stop PLC in codesys and same if i want to bring it back to high, have to login start plc change it and stop plc in order to change. any insight ? thanks

Hello, I have a problem when opening the license manager for my raspberry pi (CM4 model) with runtime 4.13.0.0. I select "Device" --> "Soft Container" and click on my device in the scan window but I get this error message : Licensing info not available. There is no dongle attached to this device. I can't install licenses anymore, and I don't understand why is CodeSys looking for a dongle when I specified I wanted to use a Soft Container. Can somebody help me please ? Best regards
