Hello to all, I'm totally new to Codesys, but I do have some PLC programming experience, mosty with Siemens TIA and STEP7. I have just installed Codesys 3.5. sp19 and I have downloaded example with Ethernet Rockwell 1734AENT. The example can be found here: https://forge.codesys.com/prj/codesys-example/rockwell-1734-c/home/Home/ After opening, I had to manually update devices (Device, Ethernet, IP Scanner, EthernetIP adapter). Can you confirm that CODESYS licensing works also when CODESYS is installed in a Docker container?

du startest so nur die SPS selber nicht die CODESYS Entwicklungsumgebung. Die kannst du entweder über den CODESYS Installer oder aber ueber das Startmenu starten. By the way, die SPS: Control Win 64 kannst du auch ueber den Tasktray unten starten ihne dieses Fenster.

Hello, I would like to have, if possible, some clarification on this function. That is, I would like to understand if it is useful for managing, fom my development PC, the RTE runtime executed on a remote control. This is what the help says: Remote PLC: Opens the Remote Configuration dialog. By enabling or disabling the Control remote PC, not local option, you determine whether a PLC is used that is on a remote or local PC. Accordingly, the menu commands Start PLC, Stop PLC, and PLC Configuration refer to the local PC or a PC reached on the network. For the remote PC, specify the Target PC address, Port number, and a Timeout value (in ms) for the connection (Remote Timeout [ms]). But does this mean that I also need to install the RTE runtime on my development PC? Is it possible to have some more information? Best regards Roberto Caponi

I think you have already up and running an Edge on the host ( not in the container) please uninstall that edge, then it should work.

Problem solved. The problem turned out to be the lack of access to the default location "Mounts", I changed it to /home/user1 and now it's ok.

Same for me. I have problems with UAExpert too. Can't see the Current Value of Enum and can't control. Did some Tests with Python opcua library. Not working with the communication manager so far.
