Moin, hat hier noch jemand das Problem, das die Codesysruntime (PFC100, Ver.4.11, projektiert mit Codesys 3.5.20sp1), auf der Steuerung nach kurzer Zeit mit einem AUSNAHMEFEHLER in STOP geht? Ich hatte das ganze schon am laufen, sollte dann ein Firmwareupdate durchfuehren (auf die neuste moegliche). Das Firmwareupdate konnte ich auf 03.10.08(22) ist sauber durchgelaufen, die Firmware laeuft auch noch wenn die runtime aufgegeben hat. bekomme die runtime nur dann wieder zum laufen, wenn ich den ganzen controller reboote.

Hallo, ich möchte einen Datenlogger schreiben für den Webdatenplotter der Wago. Ich habe jetzt das Problem dass der Baustein keinen Zugriff auf die Festplatte oder SD-Karte hat. In der Codesys kann ich über die Dateienansicht auch die Speicherkarte nicht sehen. Über FTP in Windows jedoch schon. Kann ich in der Webvisu vom Controller etwas ändern um daran zu kommen? orientiert habe ich mich an dem Anwendungshinweis von Wago und dem Video welche in E-Cockpit sind. Daten werden über Real normal geschrieben. Firmware ist die 26. Codesys ist die SP19 Patch 2.

Hi! I have usually only connected one OPC client (our system) to an OPC server created in the codesys environment on a PLC. This OPC client has a lot of write privileges. A customer also want OPC access, but I want to restrict his access to only read certain values. Do you know if this is possible inside the single codesys runtime running on a controller?

Hi, Recently I bought a CR710S controller from IFM. I installed Codesys V3.5 SP11 as recommended and all required packages (including the safety packages and the IOWrapper package). However, I can't even open the project template without getting errors related to libraries failing to load (below in the first print screen). Then, clicking ok appears only 2 errors (second print) and when trying to go to simulation and login I get another 2 different errors (third print). I really appreciate any help anyone can provide, I'm completely stuck on this right now.

Hello, I’m using CODESYS EtherCAT Master on a Raspberry Pi controller with several remote I/O modules. I’m facing an issue where the input values from the remote I/Os drop to 0 when a connection error occurs. Is there a way to configure a “keep last value” behavior (i.e., hold the last valid input) instead of defaulting to 0 on communication loss? Best regards,

I have 2 Wago PFC200 PLC, running with Runtime SP19 Patch 5, with the Redundant application. The PLC communicates as Modbus Master with at this moment 15 Modbus Slaves -later there will be 28 in total- (Drives, Power management units,...). These devices are connected in 2 rings (1 ring of Drives, 1 ring of Power Management units), with 2 Managed Moxa Switches being part of the ring. Each PLC is connected to one of these switches. The issue I'm encountering is that the Cycle time of the Active PLC goes very high when I'm closing the Drive ring (simulating an issue on one Cabinet supply, resulting in that one Drive shut down, which can happen on field quite often). As a result of this long cycle, the PLC fails and goes to Exception, and the Passive PLC does not take control of the system. A normal cycle is around 30ms for the Main task, and a few ms for the Ethercat task. When I monitor with Profiler, I see that in this Maximum Cycle, the main Task is only taking 13ms, so I'm not sure where the PLC is hanging for so long. Is the remaining cycle time the Redundant management/sync or something else? Thank you in advance.

Hello eschwellinger, Thanks for your answer, with this I was finally able to make it work by doing the following : install CODESYS Control for Linux ARM SL v4.13.0 uninstall CODESYS Control for Linux ARM SL v4.13.0 and make sure to select "yes" when prompted to uninstall WIBU CodeMeter Lite Runtime (v8.10.6230.501) re-install "CODESYS Control for Raspberry Pi SL" v4.13.0 It looks like the issue was probably related to the CodeMeter Runtime ?
