hello edwin i have did the same and i could connect the opc-ua server but i dont see anything in the resources tree, in the application i linked my variables to the symbol configuration but i dont see that in the uaexpert. if i use the same application with a non linux system i can get those variables values and see the complete tree structure. What could be the problem ?

Hi, I have installed different versions of Codesys, 3.5.7 - 3.5.8 - 3.5.16 - 3.5.19. When I create a project in Codesys 3.5.16 and I try to open an instance of Codesys Control Win V3 x64 it always open version 3.5.19, so appear a message windows about versions of devices are different. I have tried to open it from the installation folder and always open the last version 3.5.19 C:\Program Files\CODESYS 3.5.16.0\GatewayPLC C:\Program Files\CODESYS 3.5.19.70\GatewayPLC Does somebody know how to open an specific version of Codesys Control Win V3?

Hi everybody I'm Paul and I need your knowledge, I am trying to send a huge Json (about 60,000 characters) through http client FB from codesys, however I saw that Maximum size of the http request in btyes are 16000, So, is there any way to resolve this situation? is it posible or there's a another opction to do it?

You use very old codesys, maybe SP13? the newer sp17 libraries are in a format not compatible with your version. I suggest upgrading everything to at least SP17, but may as well go to SP20 Patch 2.

Hello, I have almost exactly problem already discussed here in this old thread: https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Engineering/thread/03af9426eb/ However, this is quite old and I assume not completely relevant. In my case, I use v3.5.20 on windows 11, so Winpcap is no longer supported on newer OS. Also, this hint about adding entry to the .cfg file under ProgramFiles(x86) is also not relevant anymore. I guess, I need to add entry SysEthernet to this .cfg file: C:\ProgramData\CODESYS\CODESYSControlWinV3x64...\CODESYSControl.cfg like this one: [ComponentManager] Component.1=CmpTargetVisuStub Component.2=CmpWebServer Component.3=CmpWebServerHandlerV3 Component.4=SysCpuMultiCore Component.5=SysReadWriteLock Component.6=SysCpuBreakpoints Component.7=SysPipeWindows Component.8=SysEthernet But I'm not sure about Npcap vs WinpCap. Please, if applicable, update these instructions. I hope it is still possible to

From this array, I need to foram LREAL number, however, because of different endiannes I need to reverse bytes in this array and then copy to a LREAL variable. For this I'm using a loop and it works OK. I wonder if there is a built in function to do this. I have found CAA Memory library but it has functions like reverse bytes in DWORD. Hello, Has anyone figured out the Standalone issue after a network break? I have the similar behavior with two 750-8212 WAGO controllers. Using firmware 27 and CODESYS 3.5.19.70.

Hi, When you open 'Codesys Installer' you can select which version of Control Win should be used. Select '...' at the desired version and select 'Set Control Service' Then start Codesys Control Win again...

Um eine C-Library als Codesys Bibliotheksfunktion zu erstellen, bin ich den fünf Videoanleitungen von https://de.codesys.com/news-events/gut-zu-wissen.html gefolgt. Das funktioniert auch am Anfang gut, ich kann unter x86-Linux und RasPi-Linux auch die C-Libraries kompilieren. Wenn ich dann die Library aber wie in Video 4 gezeigt in der Codesys-Bibliothek verknüpfen möchte, (siehe Screenshot) bekomme ich schon bei Auswahl der Datei und auch danach bei Klick auf "Geräte auswählen" den Fehler "Der Dateiname sollte mit dem Bibliotheksnamensraum enden." angezeigt. Meine *.so Datei endet aber meinem Verständnis nach mit dem richtigen Namen analog zum Beispiel und wie es auch in meinem Projekt heißt. Mir ist unklar, was mir diese Fehlermeldung anderes sagen will. Hat jemand eine Erklärung? (Codesys V3.5 SP 20 + (64-bit))

Hello everyone Since I have installed Codesys 3.5.20sp2 I cannot get the profinet features working again. Now I get RPC Blocked during device scan (see attached file) and when online I get RPC-call error (see attached file). I run Codesys on the last version of Windows 11, Profinet ports have been added to Firewall rules, and even with disabled Firewall I get same result I really never seen that before Same result using another PC I already spent 2 days to find the issu without any success, I would appreciate some help, thank you! I have a device CAADiagDeviceDefault: IoConfig_Globals.Axis_A In our library, we perform introspection of the Etc_SlaveDiag. In that case, we have connectors, and by searching for them by address, I can find them in the IO mapping using the offset and size provided by EtherCAT. However, a Lenze i700 drive, instead of placing the IO mapping in the Etc_SlaveDiag device, places it in a sub-device CAADiagDeviceDefault. So, when I perform introspection, I cannot find the IO correspondences. Yet, in the CAADiagDeviceDefault, I do not find the connectors and cannot do the matching. Is there a way with a pointer or reference to a CAADiagDeviceDefault to obtain the address of the first input and the address of the first output? This is because we have our own motion library with many EtherCAT devices that automatically configure the mappings, but I can't manage to do so with the Lenze i700.
