Dear Forum, I'm currently switching to Codesys V3.5 SP19. When I want to do an online change, I get the option to update the boot project, in other (codesys based) packages this is checked on by default. In Codesys V3.5 SP19 (and maybe older versions) this is unchecked by default. We are doing a lot of remote updates with systems that almost never power cycle. In other words when this box is forgotten the system will run fine until a blackout. Is it possible to get it checked on by default? Hi These issues occured using a Raspberry Pi 4. I also repeated the experiment with codesys control for Windows, which results in much lower cycle times. With up to 3 ms, I still think they are fairly high given they should run at 2 ms and don't require complicated kinematics. The effect of higher cycle times for slower movements also prevails.

Hello, this seems to be a known issue, but persistent/retain variables don't seem to work properly on RevPi devices. Is there a workaround to this? All I need is for a few configuration variables to be remembered through power cycle.

Has anyone figured out a way to use the ethercat bus on a beckhoff CX using codesys running on linux? Using ethercat on the native NICs works fine but I get a "packet could not be sent" error when trying to scan the ethercat bus device. Errors and hardware in attached image.

Hallo und guten Morgen, Ich danke für die Rückmeldung. ich habe das oben geschriebene durchgeführt und auch festgestellt das mit die Commandos für die Can befehle noch fehlen. Die nachricht ist auch am anderen CAN Adapter sichtbar gewesen. Wie bekomem ich den einrichteten Adapter in Codesys rein? das ich den Befehl sudo ip link set can0 up type can bitrate 500000 das ich die Einrichtungs des Can Adapters noch in die Rasperry Start rutine nehmen muss ist mir klar. Ich bedanke mich .
