Hi All, for my robotics application we are building a 2-axis parallel scara using the kin_bipod_rotary kinematics. Codesys implemented limits of [-90°, 90°] according to the documentation: https://content.helpme-codesys.com/en/libs/SM3_Transformation/Current/SM3_Transformation/Function-Blocks/Positioning-Kinematics/Parallel-Systems/Kin_Bipod_Rotary.html Would it be possible to overrule these limits somehow, our mechanical limits are more in the range of [-110°, 135°] In this range we also don't encounter point where singularity is an issue. In my OPC UA Server is about 12 thousands tags. Can by possible that downloading tags from OPC UA Server lasts a long time , and when expires about 2 hours (demo license time) that downloading freezes ?

I want to read and write parameters of an IO-Link device using acyclic messages. I have a Cube67+ in Ethernet/IP, connected to an IO-Link master. In the datasheet, I can find the parameters required for the message (Service, Class, Instance, etc.). I see the function block "Set_attribute_single" in the "EthernetIP Services" library, but I'm not sure how to correctly send the index and sub-index for the IO-Link device. The class in the datasheet is 0x80 for the IO-Link Parameter Object, but it’s not present in the CPIClass enum. Is there another function block more suitable for configuring IO-Link devices? (similar to "iol_call" in PROFINET or what’s used in EtherCAT).

Hello eschwellinger, at first thank you for your answer. So the only ways to activate the user management are CodeSys delevelopment enviroment and the Codesys Automation Server. So there is no function to activate the user management via code? Do you have an idea how to get back the users when somebody replaced the PLC. Our customers have only our own developed visualization and they also don't want to install further softwares. Do you maybe have a solution for this

If the PLC is equieped with a USB socket it's possible to copy the user management file via IEC code to a USB stick and restore it at the new plc. The file is located there: /PlcLogic/visu/app_visuusermgmtdb.csv I use this to reset the user management to default in case of the customer has changed passwords and lost it.

Die Ausgabe bei lsusb ist im ersten Post im Bild usb.png zu sehen - der Dongle wird als WIBU Systems CmStick erkannt. Um Codesys als Soft-PLC darauf zum laufen zu bekommen habe ich das Addon Codesys Control for Linux ARM SL installiert und mir einen Docker gebaut mit den Dateien: codesyscontrol_linuxarm64_4.10.0.0_arm64.deb und codemeter-lite_7.60.5625.503_arm64.deb Wenn ich den Docker ausführe sind die beiden Programme ja inbegriffen und Codemeter sollte eigentlich die Erkennung des Dongles sicherstellen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit festzustellen, dass Codemeter korrekt ausgeführt wird?

auch solltest du aus dem docker container heraus prüfen/sicherstellen das der usb-stick vom container aus zugegriffen werden kann.

Hi, I'm experiencing a bug with the latest version of SoftMotion CNC library (4.17), where the 3DPath object in Visu is missing all the important properties. I've verified that a previous app I was working on with library version 4.16 did not have this issue and the issue is duplicated in that project when I update it to 4.17. I've already submitted a bug report, but for the time being I need to revert the project I'm currently working on back a revision. I've tried right clicking on the library but the option to select the version is greyed out. Can anyone help me?
