[#158] Migrate to SP18 Development Environment and SP18 Compiler
Fixed FB_wstringBuilder in SPStack library v1.4.2.55 Changed the Runtime to RaspberryPi (for better or worse) Fixed the FB_wstringbuilder_TestSuite.
Refactored the unittest to utilise the new split libraries.
Refactored unittest application for support of splitted libraries
